If you are considering them, USE THEM! Do not even consider anyone else. I went with Grout Pros because of their excellent reviews on Yelp, and well, they BEYOND delivered. The quality of work and their customer service is rare in the contracting / home improvement world.

I’m prefacing this with I don’t oftentimes write reviews. I couldn’t ask for a better experience for the first major renovation I’ve ever had. The quality was excellent and the price was good for the work done. Honestly the name grout pros doesn’t do then justice. They’re so much more than grouters.

I went through Yelp for quotes and they responded right away. Decided to also have person come for quote to make sure it was accurate. Grouting done on damaged parts is now perfect. Friendly, reliable and would use again for my second bathroom. Thanks Lenin!
